Designed by DCA Design for a leading nationwide self-storage operator, this new two-storey self-storage facility spans an impressive 4,700m² of cleverly planned floor space. 

Offering a comprehensive range of storage unit sizes, from compact 2m² spaces to expansive 90m² options, the facility caters to a wide variety of needs, from individuals seeking secure personal storage to businesses in need of larger, tailored solutions. The brief for this project required that the design consider to operator functionality and flexibility, along with customer ease of use and access throughout. 

The building’s modern and fresh aesthetic sits well in the industrial area it occupies and aligns with the nationwide operator’s corporate identity. By integrating modern design principles with the practical demands of a dynamic storage facility, this project also underscores DCA Design’s commitment to building design functionality.
